Assistant Sacristan

We’re looking for an assistant sacristan to work when our head sacristan needs Sundays off. Responsibilities include managing candles and stationary incense stations, adjusting lighting, answering questions of attendees, icon placement, managing the door, and other related tasks, as well as helping with breakdown afterward.

Livestream Technicians

Technicians are needed to set up and manage our livestream broadcasts, and break down afterward. Technical knowledge and expertise would be helpful, but this is something that can be learned. The First Church facilities manager can help troubleshoot if needed. This position doesn’t necessarily require working every Sunday.

Thurifer

A thurifer to carry a sensor in procession is needed two Sundays a month. The dress needs to be all black or a black cassock. Some experience would be helpful.

Marketing Assistants

Someone with expertise and experience in marketing is needed to help expand publicity for Night Song. In addition, a second person is needed to regularly leaflet the Harvard Square area every two to three weeks.
